Structure of the Capability Map

Organisations and individuals listed in the Capability Map range from companies and consultants to government bodies, universities and professional organisations. Their expertise addresses physical, chemical and microbial hazards, as well as the provision of food safety training and consulating services. This includes individuals or groups that have a direct focus on food safety, as well as those with expertise about hazards that could potentially affect the food supply.  For example, a scientist may not work directly on food safety, however she/he may have expertise that could be useful to risk managers in food companies, an industry body or government organisation.
